Some of us just can't handle being alone after a breakup.

Some zodiac signs handle breakups worse than others. They may have put their heart and soul into a relationship that didn't work out, and the only way they heal is by rebounding.
In astrology, some zodiac signs are more likely to rebound than others. Their horoscope could make them designed to be IN a relationship so being OUT of one makes them emotionally vulnerable.
Diving right into another relationship after just breaking up with someone can happen for a lot of reasons, especially if your zodiac sign is one that tends to miss everything good that comes with a relationship — like sex, familiarity, love; anything that would make you especially upset to lose.
There are many reasons why a particular zodiac sign would want to jump into a rebound relationship right after breaking up with someone.
Maybe you were so used to coming home to the same person every night and you wanted that comfort and routine back in your life.
There are malicious reasons why someone would want to get into a rebounding relationship, too. Maybe you wanted to hurt your ex and sleep with the first person you could find. Or maybe you just really wanted a best friend again.
Rebounding is like a spectrum or a scale; you might rebound for a very serious reason or you might just want to get back into the swing of things.
But no matter what your reasoning is for wanting to jump into a rebound relationship, the only thing that really means much is how likely you actually are to rebound (whether you go through with it or not).
I don't think I've ever jumped into a rebound relationship before — not even to try to get back with my ex.
It's not that I've never really thought about it, but whenever I've broken up with someone, I've always welcomed the single life back with open arms (I've dated a lot of jerks).
So, the idea of potentially dating yet another jerk just never really seemed like something I wanted to do.
But for those of my friends who have rebounded after a breakup, I definitely see the appeal.
It can be seriously lonely after a breakup.
And when you're all alone, it's a lot easier to sabotage yourself into not being happy again by stalking your exes on social media or telling yourself that you're not good enough for a relationship because all of your friends are either married or getting serious with someone.
But, of course, this is all just talk that shouldn't mean anything to you.
You can be happy single or in a relationship, but it's the work you put into both that makes the difference.
You can't expect to happy at all if all you do is mope and tell yourself you don't matter, right?
Happiness is something I'm still learning myself, but I know that it's important to give yourself the love and attention you want someone else to give you.
So, if you feel like you’re in a rebound relationship for that exact reason, it might not be a good idea to be in a relationship at all.
But any zodiac sign that jumps into rebound relationship the most all have different reasons for why they do it, which I find very interesting.
According to astrology, we all want something different in our relationships, and when we lose those things with one person (depending on how important those things are), we might feel more inclined to look for someone to fill that void right away.
Of course, some of us don't really care about rebounding at all because the past should stay in the past.
These signs are the ones whose horoscopes are always telling them to look towards the future because the past is only going to get them in trouble again. Makes sense, doesn't it?

SCORPIO (October 23 - November 21)
Scorpio is most likely to jump right back into a relationship after breaking it off with someone else because she feels like something huge is missing from her life.
It’s not so much that she misses having someone’s hand to hold or someone to go to dinner with, but rather how intense her relationship was. Going from a strong, loving relationship to nothing is very hard for her to cope with.
What Scorpio tends to miss the most is the passion her relationship had. She connects with her partners through sex and intimacy, so when she breaks up with someone, she wants someone else to fill that void as soon as possible.
Just remember that Scorpio probably isn’t looking for another serious relationship just yet, so chances are she just wants a casual hook up for now.
SAGITTARIUS (November 22 - December 19)
When Sagittarius dates someone – and is really into them – she thinks of them as her best friend; someone she can really connect with on an emotional level.
She isn’t great with serious relationships, but if she feels like there is a solid friendship as the foundation, it helps her loosen up a bit. When Sagittarius rebounds, it’s because she misses that friendship.
For Sagittarius, there are a lot of different kinds of relationships and dynamics between couples out there. She will most likely go back to doing the casual thing for a while.
When it’s friendship she’s missing, she may rebound, just to be affectionate with someone she feels close to. In fact, you can almost guarantee that her rebound guy will be a friend she’s known for years.
LIBRA (September 23 - October 22)
Going through a breakup can be very traumatic for a Libra. She might refuse to believe it’s happening at all if it wasn’t her idea to break up in the first place, but when she realizes it’s over, she’s inconsolable.
She doesn’t want the dynamic to change between her and her ex, and she might even bargain with him about how she doesn’t mind being friends with exes.
This failure to transition from being part of a couple to the single life is what makes her one of the most obvious signs to rebound. She was so used to her routine as a girlfriend.
Now, that that’s gone, she wants to get back into the swing of things before it’s too late. Of course, she can start dating again at any time, but if the breakup isn’t her doing, she feels totally lost.
GEMINI (May 21 - June 20)
When Gemini is great, she’s amazing, but when she’s off her game, she can be a handful to deal with. Her relationship might have been a lot of her trying to control everything, which was probably also what ended her relationship.
But even if she yells at her ex and tells him she doesn’t care what he thinks, she’s secretly trying to go into repair mode.
When Gemini rebounds, it’s because she’s changed her mind; simple as that. She has a hard time making decisions anyway that when she’s faced with something like a breakup, she starts to retreat on everything she’s ever said that was negative.
If she does manage to rebound after a breakup, chances are pretty good that her rebound guy… is her ex. She may be all over the place, but she’s also very persuasive.
PISCES (February 19 - March 20)
Pisces is not an impulsive person, but she can be incredibly picky. So, when it comes to dating, she chooses her partners very carefully. And when she breaks up with her partners, it can feel like a punch to the gut.
She feels like they loved her just as much as she loved them. After a breakup, she will probably feel a little lost, but more than that, very heartbroken.
She may have a hard time letting go at first, but even when she stops crying, Pisces will want to get back into the dating game and fast. Her biggest fear is that she’ll never find another partner like the one she had.
So, her main focus when rebounding is to replace her ex with someone very similar. It might not be such a great idea, but it’s definitely how she copes with loss.
CANCER (June 21 - July 22)
Not only does Cancer not cope well with breakups, she doesn’t cope at all. She invests a lot of time and emotions and love into each one of her relationships that when one is ripped from her, she feels like a total failure.
All she wants to do is curl up into a blanket burrito and die, but she’ll settle for some crying instead… and a blanket burrito.
Rebounding for Cancer takes a lot of inner deliberation. She doesn’t want to hurt her ex or move on in case he changes his mind, but she also doesn’t want it to just be casual and not meaningful.
She is another one of the few signs who will end up rebounding with her ex instead of trying to find someone new. But first, she has to make sure that it’s the right move for her emotionally.
AQUARIUS (January 20 - February 18)
Aquarius is by no means interested in relationships that are all routine and no surprises, but there is something about the comfort of coming home to the same person and having a best friend to text throughout the day that she does adore.
Of course, when she goes through a breakup, she tries her absolute hardest to pretend like her ex doesn’t even exist anymore.
If Aquarius rebounds from her ex — which isn’t often – she finds a rebound who is the complete opposite of her last partner. The last thing she wants is to be reminded of the jerk who dumped her.
And because serious relationships are few and far between with her, she will end up keeping it casual until she knows what she wants. What she’s really looking for is some familiarity and security in someone new.
TAURUS (Apr 20 - May 20)
When Taurus is in a relationship, she gets very comfortable, very fast. She is all about making the relationship feel like her home, no matter how long she and her partner have been together.
And when it ends, it feels like her entire life is thrown out of balance. She might get angry or really sad, but her biggest thing is how uncomfortable it is to have to start over again.
Taurus hates change, especially when it comes to love. She has a very detailed way things should go when she’s in love and when her partner switches it up on her, she’s lost.
She doesn’t really like the idea of rebounding because to her, it feels like she’s forcing herself to change before she’s actually ready to. She would rather be single for a while unless she knew the rebound was going to last.
LEO (July 23 - August 22)
Leo is happy both when she’s in a relationship and when she’s on her own. Breakups can suck for her, but she doesn’t like dwelling on the past.
She’s definitely much more of a look to the future type of person, so worrying about something that doesn’t matter anymore seems trivial to her. She does believe that whether she makes up her mind to keep things casual or make it serious, she tends to stick to that when dating.
Leo isn’t afraid of hooking up with someone new right after a breakup, but she does have some conditions. Her biggest reluctance to rebound from her ex is that she doesn’t want it to be a waste of time.
If it’s only going to get her to the same spot she’s in now, she would much rather focus on herself or her work — rather than spend time with someone who doesn’t matter.
VIRGO (August 23 - September 22)
Breakups can be difficult to get over for a Virgo, but it’s also her chance to do something big and meaningful with her life. She might very well decide to start a new relationship, but first, she needs time to heal.
And during this healing time, she wants her whole life to revolve around herself. That means focusing on the things that matter most to her.
Virgo isn’t very likely to rebound — especially with her ex — because of the emotional stress the actual breakup has put on her. She feels like she needs a much-deserved break from love (at least for a while) and what better way to rest than by diving into her professional life.
The feeling of new beginnings she’s feeling will help inspire her to push towards success.
ARIES (March 21 - April 19)
Aries has a lot on her plate, so moping around after a breakup isn’t really something she wants to do. Unless it’s an incredibly bad breakup or one with someone she had intense feelings for, all she wants to do is move on.
And not by hooking up with someone new, either. When Aries says she wants to move on, it means she wants to focus on all the amazing things her future will bring.
Rebounding for Aries makes her feel like she’s reverting to someone totally different from her strong, independent personality. She feels like if she rebounds right after her relationship ends, then she might as well just patch things up with her ex.
It’s a way for her to not move on and be an adult about life, so she prefers to just leave the past in the past.
CAPRICORN (Dec 20 - Jan 19)
Chances are rare that you’ll see much of any emotion coming from Capricorn after a breakup, but that’s just because it isn’t in her nature to do so.
She may say some hurtful words to protect her true feelings, but in the end, it doesn’t really matter to her. And what matters even less to her is trying to hook up with someone or start a serious relationship with someone right after breaking up.
For Capricorn, what’s done is done. There’s nothing attractive to her about trying to fill a relationship that’s over with something that will probably end up not lasting anyway.
And even if she’s having an especially hard time getting over an ex, Capricorn will probably try to distract herself with family and friends, and sometimes work, rather than rebound with someone unimportant to her.
