Grow up already!

Age is not a guarantee that someone is mature. But immaturity isn’t an excuse for bad behavior and just because you act immature it doesn’t mean you seem young. I’m not saying that everyone has to walk around like they’re above everybody else or that they’re too mature to have any fun, just don't revel in being an ass.
Maturity doesn’t mean dull and boring, it means being able to see one’s faults, taking responsibility for one’s actions, and not having inappropriate as your go-to behavior. When someone is immature, they’re in denial about their own weaknesses and are incapable of acknowledging their negative traits, even when their horoscope points them out.
An immature person will shut down when they’re in a new and unexpected situation. When they make a mistake, they blame others for their failure and they never learn from their failures.
The easy way is the only way for immature people. They don’t want to have to put in the hours on a project, they want the glory right now and all to themselves. Basically, everyone gets to the point with immature people where their actions are no longer charming or fun, and everyone just wants them to grow up!
But here are the most mature zodiac signs, ranked.
1. CAPRICORN (December 22 - January 19)
Capricorns are the shining example of maturity — they're patient, careful, conscientious, and hard-working. They're willing to sacrifice fun times with friends for the sake of their job. Capricorns focus on the big picture and what they need to do to achieve their goals.
Everyone goes to the Capricorn for advice, which can be exhausting. Capricorns have their head on straight and if anybody has adulting down, it's them. Immature people never take responsibility for their actions, but a Capricorn would die rather than lay the blame on someone else.
2. CANCER (June 21 - July 22)
Cancer individuals are good at being around people, but they don't have to be all the time. A Cancer individual is perfectly happy being by themselves and doing something they love. They have very open hearts and are always available to listen to a friend in crisis.
They pride themselves on being protective and sympathetic. Immature people crave what they can't have, but when a Cancer can't have something, they don't take it as a hit to their ego, they just move on.
3. VIRGO (August 23 - September 22)
Virgos are extremely mature, and they have a huge capacity for caring about everyone's best interests. Virgos are the parents you want, even if you're all grown up. They're loyal and kind and patient. Virgos always have your back and want to see you do well.
Unlike Virgos, immature people act like fools to hide their insecurity. With a Virgo, what you see is what you get — they face up to their shortcomings and failings on a daily basis.
4. TAURUS (April 20 - May 20)
Taureans are quite mature with their patient and determined personalities. They're solid, down-to-earth, and they have a strong sense of self. An immature person would use any excuse to elevate their self-esteem while a Taurus doesn't need to create a false persona of themselves.
Taurus knows who they are and what their good points and bad points are, and they don't lie to themselves that they're better than they are. Taurus likes the finer things in life but they don't feel the need to shove it in anybody's face. The most mature thing about a Taurus is that you can depend on them and know they have your back.
5. LIBRA (September 23 - October 22)
Libras can admit when they've been wrong and they can see things from other people's points of view, which are two signs of maturity. Immature people see things in terms of good and bad; they can't see the gray areas with them and it's all or nothing. And if you're not on their side, then you're on the opposing side, and Libras are not like that.
They want to see all sides of an argument and they know there's almost always a middle ground. Libras know that their opinions aren't the only ones that matter; in fact, they need to hear what other people are saying and thinking about a subject.
6. SCORPIO (October 23 - November 21)
Scorpios are mature when they do adult things such as paying their bills on time, saving money, and taking good care of their health. However, if they get jealous or feel wronged in any way, they lose that maturity and become impulsive and irrational.
If their partner cheats on them, betrays them, or simply falls out of love with them, Scorpios will become hellbent on revenge. Scorpios can't stand feeling as if they were betrayed or lied to; it almost short-circuits them and changes their whole personality.
7. LEO (July 23 - August 22)
Leos have a mixed maturity level as they're very brave and will stand up for anyone they think has been wronged. However, they don't like sharing the spotlight if they don't have to, which can lead to some immature behavior as they will do whatever it takes to be front and center with all eyes on them.
In addition, they tend to be materialistic and put a lot of energy into having possessions and spending money. But they're also very generous and giving. They're very confident but they don't feel the need to prove it all the time. Leos are mature... except when they're not.
8. GEMINI (May 21 - June 20)
Geminis have many fine qualities, but they definitely have immaturity issues. A mature person always arrives on time and never bails on a date at the last minute. On the other hand, Geminis are often unreliable and flaky. They're often late and seem to forget pertinent details such as where they were supposed to meet or what they were told to bring.
Their indecisiveness doesn't exactly make for the most mature of individuals, and it's very challenging for them to make a responsible decision. The good thing is that when they finally get to the restaurant and decide on what they want, they're a hilarious and fascinating date.
9. PISCES (February 19 - March 20)
Pisces aren't exceedingly mature because they tend to take everything personally. No one is ever sure what's going to set a Pisces off, so they tread very carefully around them. Everything Pisces does is emotionally motivated, so they're in touch with their emotions, but they're controlled by those same emotions.
They also use those emotions as a way to excuse their behavior rather than take responsibility for it. Pisces are selfless as they'd be happy to point out, but they're hoping that their selflessness will get them something they need at a later date.
10. AQUARIUS (January 20 - February 18)
One of the reasons that Aquarians tend to be immature is their inability to express their emotions or handle it when someone is emotional around them. It's very important for Aquarius individuals to be perceived as being "cool" which can cause them to make some terrible decisions and makes their priorities all screwed up.
Aquarians have a need to please, so much so that they'll adapt themselves to be what they think other people want them to be. Aquarius, don't worry so much! You're already cool, you don't need to try so hard to be liked.
11. ARIES (March 21 - April 19)
Mature people don't have huge temper tantrums when they don't get their way, nor do they say whatever comes into their heads. While Aries may not be very mature, they are fun with their incredible sense of adventure and willingness to try anything.
The funny thing is that they THINK they're very mature, which is kind of hilarious. They're as impulsive as a 9-year-old and they really need to not see everything under a filter of themselves. There are things in the world that have absolutely nothing to do with them.
12. SAGITTARIUS (November 22 - December 21)
Okay, Sagittarius may not be the most mature of the zodiac signs, but that doesn't mean they're not intelligent or enjoyable to be around. They can be very inappropriate when it comes to their humor. Sagittarius would rather get out of town than face conflict or do something that they find unpleasant or not fun.
Responsibility to them is a huge drag, and honestly, they've got better things to do than take care of all those parking tickets their car got when it was abandoned, or return those library books from 2000.
