From total pushover to stubborn as a mule.

According to astrology, there are a few zodiac signs that compete for the title of most stubborn zodiac sign.
Speaking from my own personal experience, you don’t want to see these signs get angry because they can be worse than the Hulk.
On the other hand, some Sun signs are known for being far more docile and willing to go with the flow.
Being hardheaded (or a people-pleaser) goes a lot deeper than your basic zodiac traits. The level of stubbornness each zodiac sign possesses has a lot to do with each sign's placements, such as its element and modality.
You might not even realize how stubborn you can be because you’ve never gotten to that point before. And for some of these zodiac signs, I recommend avoiding them when you finally do see that side of them (it can get scary).

Most Stubborn Zodiac Signs
1. Taurus (Apr 20 - May 20)
Taurus is honestly the worst kind of stubborn there is.
They don't often like to go into a discussion or argument without their phone handy just in case they have to school someone with the facts, but try hitting them with logic when you’re in the same situation — they're not having it. In fact, they'll go out of their way to insist you’re wrong, because they can.
Another reason Taurus is about as stubborn as they come is that they this thing where they'll listen to you — and agree with whatever you say — and then go back to doing their own thing. You can try to tell them it’s not safe to eat raw cookie dough or to go swimming during a thunderstorm, but they're going to do whatever she wants anyway.
They're not obtuse, but you get how stubborn they are.
2. Aries (Mar 21 - Apr 19)
Aries isn’t the ram of the zodiac for nothing. Heck, they're more stubborn than a brick wall.
Aries is so used to doing everything their own way anyway that when someone tries to challenge them, they show them just how stubborn they can be. If you think you can wait out an Aries on anything, you’ve got another thing coming.
Whether they want to buy you an expensive gift for your birthday or treat you to a nice dinner, there’s nothing you can say or do to get an Aries to change their mind. In fact, challenge them enough times and they aren't afraid to get physical if they have to.
3. Aquarius (Jan 20 - Feb 18)
Trying to get Aquarius to stop being stubborn is like trying to get a cement wall to move for you because it’s in your way. In other words: Nope. Nuh-uh. Not happening.
Aquarius is stubborn about everything, and if you call them out on it, they’ll probably stubbornly refuse that they're being stubborn at all.
There are very few ways (if any at all) to get Aquarius to stop being so pig-headed all the time, but you pretty much have to be the BFF they tell every dirty little secret to persuade them. They certainly don’t care what anyone thinks and absolutely hate hearing your opinion, so they keep being stubborn and doing exactly what they want because no one can tell them otherwise.
4. Capricorn (Dec 20 - Jan 19)
If anyone personifies the saying “fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me,” it’s Capricorn.
They may be stubborn, but it’s only because they don't want to end up in a helpless situation. They try to base all of their future decisions on past experience, and if they tell you that they're going to do their own thing, then it ain’t happenin’ — period.
Capricorn can actually be incredibly kind and sweet, but if you try to pressure them into doing something — especially if they've already told you as politely as possible that they aren't going to cave in — then their entire demeanor can change.
Chances are pretty good that you’ll never actually see this side of them, but don’t poke the bear because I promise you won’t like what you see.
5. Leo (July 23 - Aug 22)
Leo gets what they want in life and they’ll run over anyone who tries to get in their way.
Well, yes and no. They definitely know the value of being stubborn until they get what they want, but they aren't stupid, and they aren't about to let one wrong move jeopardize their entire M.O.
Leo will be stubborn up until the point where it becomes stupid or reckless. They never want to be known as the person who will do literally anything to get their way because, at that point, it’s not admirable... it’s just dumb. Yes, they want that new job so badly, but they aren't going to blackmail the competition or dig up dirt on anyone just to make it easier for them; they believe in playing fair.
6. Sagittarius (Nov 22 - Dec 19)
Sagittarius can be pretty darn stubborn, but they're also very good-natured about it.
They aren't so much someone who will argue until they're blue in the face, but if they say they're not going somewhere or doing something and that’s that, you better believe they're serious.
Sagittarius has definitely been around and they try to use their smarts to make better decisions. The biggest reason Sagittarius is stubborn is because of their past. They don't ever want to make the same mistake twice, so when they put their foot down about something, it’s so they sleep with the same jerk again or try to make amends with the roommate who tries burning all of their clothes.
You might not think it’s such a big deal to make mistakes, but that’s one thing Scorpio hates.
Least Stubborn Zodiac Signs
7. Pisces (Feb 19 - Mar 20)
Pisces is very adamant about standing up for what they believe in and not backing down on the things that are important to them.
All in all, they like using their stubbornness (which isn’t as vicious as other signs’) for good, not evil.
But just because Pisces can be stubborn doesn’t mean you always see it; you’re more likely to see her being sweet and bubbly instead of hardheaded.
Pisces may try to dig their heels into the ground and stick to their guns about other things besides their convictions, but they can be pretty easy to persuade. They might say they want frozen yogurt, but tempt them with ice cream and they’ll melt in your hands. Don’t take them for a pushover, but they're not as scary and stubborn as they want people to think.
8. Virgo (Aug 23 - Sep 22)
Virgo is like the dog that has a loud bark and some vicious-looking teeth, but when you give it a treat, it acts like you’re its new best friend.
They may be stubborn every once in a while, but all of that goes away the minute you prove them wrong. They don't like having to argue just for the sake of arguing because they're not that kind of person.
More than that, though, Virgo likes to encourage their friends to hold their ground, even when they can’t. Just because their bark is worse than their bite doesn’t mean they don't find stubbornness to be an inspiring trait. They see how people get their way when they don’t back down, which is why they pretend to be more stubborn than they really are. They're hoping one day it’ll trick someone into thinking they are actually hardheaded.
9. Scorpio (Oct 23 - Nov 21)
Scorpio seems like the type of person to always have an opinion about everything and everyone at all times, but in reality, they're pretty docile individuals.
You should never underestimate them, but they're not nearly as aggressive as everyone makes them out to be.
As for being stubborn, they're hardheaded, alright — but not in the way you’d suspect. Scorpios have high hopes for themselves and high expectations about what they can achieve. So, whenever you see the most stubborn parts of Scorpio, it’s usually because they've got that “go get ‘em” attitude about something (or someone) they really want and they're not going to let go until they it.
But about you and your life, they couldn’t care less. They might be hard on themselves, but they believe in letting you do you.
10. Cancer (June 21 - July 22)
It sounds harsh, but Cancer is not stubborn at all simply because they're way too flaky to hold their ground.
Sure, they might get stubborn in very small doses, but those crab claws of theirs are really just for show. They might say that they're not going to do what you say or listen to you, but show any bit of authority over them and they’ll back down.
Sure, there’s nothing really wrong with letting themselves be flighty, but it doesn’t help in times when they really do want something but don’t know how to make it happen.
11. Gemini (May 21 - June 20)
Gemini is a “go with the flow” type of person because it’s so much easier for them to change their mind that way — and they change their mind a lot.
Think of it this way: if Gemini was an ant, you could basically control where they go and what they do, just with your finger.
But just because they change their mind every minute of every day doesn’t mean they're changing it for you. Assume that Gemini never really has any set plans or preferences at all; they might say they're going to the library, but if you mention that you’re getting hungry, they'll volunteer to drive the two of you to go get some food.
It’s not so much that they're easily manipulated, but that they're just an easy-going person, which means it’s impossible for them to be stubborn about anything.
12. Libra (Sept 23 - Oct 22)
If anyone could be the absolute furthest thing from stubborn, it would be Libra.
Not only is there not a mean bone in a Libra's body, there isn’t a stubborn one, either. All they want to do is please you, no matter what it takes. For some, this makes them seem like a total doormat, but for others, it’s just Libra being nice.
Unfortunately for them, being a pushover can get them into more trouble than they probably ever want to be in. When Libra is a pushover (which is all the time), it’s like a green light for people to just use them for their kindness and then leave. And the worst part? They don't know how to be stubborn just enough to tell people to cut it out — so, they're doomed to being walked all over all the time.
