Don't judge a book by its cover.

How you look on the outside isn't always what you are on the inside, and it's interesting to see what people think your zodiac sign is all about, versus what you really feel inside.
You've heard to never judge a book by its cover. How someone looks or dresses doesn't say exactly who they are at first glance. It's fair that you would only be sexually attracted or compatible with someone that you find physically appealing, but there is always more than meets the eye.
Especially in astrology, the zodiac signs don't always show their personality traits to the world. And that can affect other people's perception of you.
Sure, there are some people who are more expressive in the way they dress but that doesn't give away every single aspect of their personality. You can't really know if someone is a person you should never date, or if two people will be the next ultimate power couple by the way they dress or style their hair.
A guy in a suit walking home from work with a briefcase by his side could be on his way to his rock band rehearsal. A girl who always wears pink sparkles with her nails always done could be an amazing skateboarder.
Anybody could be anything, and we all have personalities like onions because you have to peel back the layers. The same thing goes for how good you feel about the way you look. Because how we choose to portray ourselves is totally up to us — we have that power.
With the exceptions of uniforms or dress code for something like a job, there is no one to tell us how we should appear to others. You can dress up every day in pumps and a miniskirt, or dress down in comfy sweats.
How you look is completely up to you and your personal preference. And for some people, it's dependent on their zodiac sign.
How you do your hair, how you present your thoughts and opinions, the vibe you give off — all have a factor in how you are perceived by others on the outside. A dynamic that everyone has, it surfaces one way and deep down another.

Aries (March 21 - April 19)
Aries are pros at seeming calm, cool, and collected on the outside. She may not seem like she gets highly emotional at all. She is sending off chill vibes and kicks it in workout gear like a pro.
However, on the inside, she is not quite as laid back. She is competitive and a leader by heart; the "no worries" attitude turns into a passionate fire when she is challenged, and nothing will hold her back when she feels like she needs to be in charge.
She is not someone to mess with, no matter how passive she can seem on the outside.
Taurus (April 20 - May 20)
Taureans are lovers of good quality. On the outside, she may have the best of everything. What she owns and how she presents herself are top notch.
She does not like to come off as frumpy or lazy in any way, so she will seem a little uptight to some on the outside, but very presentable to others. However, on the inside, she is incredibly down to earth and not really at all snooty.
Her love of quality is just that — love of quality. She does not think she is better than anyone else. Her opinions on everyone are not with her nose held high.
Gemini (May 21 - June 20)
Geminis are very expressive. She is very colorful in her outward personality and her appearance. Being the type to immediately take risks in what she does, people perceive her as a free spirit who isn't tied down by anything or anyone.
She will wear clothes that are risky and maybe don't match in other's eyes, but to her it's edgy. She will speak her mind. But deep down, she is actually quite nervous and sensitive.
Not as free-willed as she puts off, she has a conflicted sense of what she wants. Still, has a wild side, but it is more tame on the inside than shown to others.
Cancer (June 21 - July 22)
Cancers are sensitive and caring. She is thinking of others and going way out of her way to show the people she loves just how much she care. She enjoys giving instead of receiving, and many view her as a teddy bear type. Soft-spoken and in the background, she never ruffles too many feathers.
She will wear clothing that is simple but still classy. But deep down she is tough as nails, and has a side that can definitely be brought out that is way more aggressive than she seems.
She is selfless, but will not be walked all over. It's just not in her core personality.
Leo (July 23 - August 22)
Leos are loud and proud. She will be the first one up for a challenge and make it seem as though she has no hesitation in any situation. Her opinions are always heard and her appearance is always a statement. She loves bold, and that includes statement pieces for jewelry and other accessories.
On the inside, deep down she is actually a lot more intuitive and creative than people think. She has a knack that most people might not know about. Whether it's cooking, knitting, or making art, she has a softer side for being creative and does not show that outwardly.
Virgo (August 23 - September 22)
Virgos are hardworking and put-together. She is the one that is always on the go, and seems to have a million and one things on her plate. Her clothes and hair are always in order and completely in sync.
She seems to have a new project and more energy to keep going. On the inside, however, she is not as strict as you would think. She is actually a party animal that just needs the right moment to come out.
Once that part of her does come out, there's no stopping it. She will be the one dancing on the table, buying rounds of shots, and encouraging everyone to party all night.
Libra (September 23 - October 22)
Libras are entertainers. She will be the one to seize life at any moment, and party to live it to the fullest. She is always happy and outwardly enthusiastic. Her appearance is the same, with bright colors and festive pieces. She loves to dress up for Halloween and wear ugly sweaters for Christmas, and nothing will be passed up to have a good time.
She exudes a good time. On the inside, though, she is a lot more sensitive than she gives off. She is emotional but does not let that break up her good time. Her sensitivity is displayed but only underneath the surface. She is in tune and more perceptive to other people.
Scorpio (October 23 - November 21)
Scorpios are fierce and passionate on the outside. She is intense in her outwardly being, and she always displays a hunger for life and everything in it. She appears that way through her style, taking risks and dressing however she feels that day, even if it is a bit edgy and out there. Intensity is a big part of her personality. She is a leader and takes charge.
On the inside deep down, however, she is quite laid back. Her intensity from the outside tires her out, and all she really wants to do is lay back and not really do all that much of anything.
She doesn't want to be bothered with the world or its problems; she wants to just take a back seat. Intense on the outside but flippant on the inside.
Sagittarius (November 22 - December 21)
Sagittarius are optimistic and free. She spends her time doing what she wants and doesn't want anyone to hold her back. She roams and is seen as a free spirit who marches to the beat of her own drum.
She appears that way by dressing fun but natural and cultured. She enjoys being expressive in that way, seeing all different parts of the world because she loves travel and it inspires her dress code.
On the inside, she is actually more rigid. She lets loose but deep down needs structure and balance to be able to function. She needs all her ducks in a row and everything in check before she can even think about having a good time. She is great at hiding that.
Capricorn (December 22 - January 19)
Capricorns are responsible and mature. She is always on the ball and self-motivating, and to others this can be intimidating. She has a lot of structure in her life that displays outwardly. Her appearance is never too flashy, and she prefers to just wear and be more natural and beautiful more than anything else. She is very moral and always does the right thing.
Deep down she is quite hilarious, but some people just don't get to see it. She picks and chooses who she shows it to, but her sense of humor is out there and extremely entertaining. When she does let loose and show off her humorous side, there is not one person in the room who does not crack up.
Aquarius (January 20 - February 18)
Aquarius is highly intelligent. She enjoys talking about subjects that are conversation starters, and most of them have to do with advanced topics. She is the first one to list off facts and be there with the information on a subject. If you go on a trip, she is the one that has researched the history, best sites, founders, politics, and anything else that's relevant.
Her appearance is just as classy, and she loves to wear fine clothing because she knows the quality of it. On the inside, however, she is more empathetic than people see. She gives off the impression that she is higher up than everyone, but that is not intentional.
She is very giving and caring, and will go out of her way to help anyone and volunteer anywhere she is needed. She just doesn't display that openly all the time.
Pisces (February 19 - March 20)
Pisces hides her beauty. She is creative and expressive. She is very into the arts and anything that has to do with using her imagination. She is absolutely an empathetic and perceptive person when it comes to others. She appears almost like a hippie in the sense that she dresses so creatively and seems to take everything with a grain of salt.
She is the one with head scarves and feather jewelry, or anything that is a bit out there. On the other hand, she is dedicated and a bit more structured than people get to see.
When she has a passion, it engulfs her. And on the inside, she is so persistent at working at it. People see a free spirit, but she is focused and driven in her core.
