Courage is the one choice if you want to live your best life. Rise above everything that may bring you down or make you feel inferior.
Do not let anyone or anything dictate your self-worth. You deserve better than that.
Courage is the choice we make when we decide that fear is not strong enough to hold us back. When life gets you down you get back up and get back up punching.
There are all sorts of circumstances that make us feel small or unimportant. Life is so busy and there is so much that can happen that is negative.
It sometimes has a way of even shadowing over all the positive that is in the world.
There is no secret trick to beat this. You are the solution to all of your problems. You have the choice to be strong and courageous even when you don't feel strong. Eventually, you realize that you had that strength and courage all along.
Think of the strongest woman in your life. Think of your role models. What is so different about them compared to you? Sure we may have different personality traits, looks and grew up in different environments.
But does that mean that only some of us have the capacity to be strong, courageous and great? We are all human. We all have the capacity to be great. We all have the capacity to be strong.
And we all have a whole lot of courage in our core.
