It can be very aggravating when you are getting all these signs from someone and you can’t tell if they want to be friends or if they want more. It's especially annoying when you know that you definitely want more. You may even check your horoscope for clarity.
You search for clues in their behavior, the things they say, what they tell other people, and you even look at their social media. Was his comment flirty or friendly? What is he trying to tell you when he liked that picture you shared?

You’ve tried bringing the subject up and asking them point blank if they’re interested in going to the next level with you, but the answers they give are vague and confusing. Perhaps they say they want to be in a relationship with you but it doesn't feel like anything has changed.
Friends are great when that’s what you’re looking for, but when you think you’ve got enough friends and what you really want is a long-term relationship, then another friend isn't as appealing. You want romance and sex with someone who cares about you.

He chooses to spend his free time with you. You think you're just hanging out as buddies but what you're not realizing is that when an Aries wants to do things with you or the many activities he could be doing, that's a huge sign. TAURUS (April 20 - May 20)
You catch Taurus staring at you when the two of you are having lunch. It doesn't have the same vibe as checking you out or looking at you because you're talking. This is a stare as if his eyes are drawn to you and he can't look away even if he tried. His eyes are telling you what his mouth hasn't been able to say: he's into you and not in a purely friendly way.

GEMINI (May 21 - June 20)
He not only asks for your opinion, he takes it into consideration. He obviously values what you have to say. It's one thing if he casually asked you what you thought about a situation and then did his own thing anyway, but you can tell he really values your insight.
He doesn't need to mansplain to you, he respects your intellect, ideas, and acumen. Think about the men you know and how many of them have a problem asking for help and how often they actually use the advice they're given. Probably not that many, but your Gemini guy is showing how important you are to him.

CANCER (June 21 - July 22)
When you're feeling emotional or upset in any way, Cancer will do whatever he can and won't stop until you feel better. He cares so deeply about you that your well-being is his top priority. Your problems are his problems and if you just need him to listen to you while you vent, he can do that; or, if you need him to help you solve the problem, he'll do that as well. LEO (July 23 - August 22)
He makes plans with you for events in the far-off future. His sister's wedding isn't for another year but he's talking about how great it will be for the two of you to go to her destination wedding in Maui. He clearly sees you in his future and he doesn't seem hesitant about letting you know the importance of having you in his life.
If you were just friends, there would be no long-range plans, it would be more day to day, "see what happens" kinds of things. Leo has a ton of friends and he doesn't make a ton of future plans with them.

VIRGO (August 23 - September 22)
Virgo remembers all the little details about you. When he's made you breakfast, he made you that egg-white omelet because he remembered you don't do yokes; or, when he buys you a birthday gift, it's something that you said you wanted months ago.
He pays attention to what you say and actually retains the information. It's as if the things that you hold near and dear have become important to him as well. He doesn't have to try to figure out what you like, he filed the information away a long time ago.

LIBRA (September 23 - October 22)
Libra doesn't play the "who texts first" game with you. He'll text you first, he'll text you when he's the last one who texted and you haven't had time to text back, and sometimes he'll do a whole succession of texts before you respond.
Keeping a connection with you is highly important to him and it's obvious he genuinely cares about you. He doesn't need to try to manipulate the situation to feel like a winner because just communicating with you makes his day.

SCORPIO (October 23 - November 21)
He doesn't quit when things get rough. You've had your spats and have been tempted to just forget the whole thing but he won't let that happen. Scorpio allows time for the two of you to cool off, and then he asks you to sit down with him and discuss what was really going on.
He knows that sometimes there's miscommunication or one partner lashes out needlessly at the other partner.
