1. Not using lube

2. Having a grip that's too strong

"The death grip is just that: death. Don’t just start yanking and tugging off the bat. Start by stroking and as everything intensifies, mix up the firmness of your grip. Same goes for just being too loose. Consider it a good handshake."

3. Wearing jewelry

"Don’t forget about those long, razor sharp manicures you think are trendy. Nails are a nightmare on the foreskin, so be careful. Leave those for back scratching."

5. Being way too rough
