Party on, party people!

You may consider yourself socially awkward, an introvert, or someone who is shy, but you probably have at least one or two positive social skills. You might have a way of putting the right people together, perhaps you’re good at breaking the ice, or maybe you’re a genius at knowing the exact right thing to say when there’s an uncomfortable silence.
We’ve all got some kind of social skill. It’s good to be aware of what that might be if you find yourself unprepared in a social situation.

It can be difficult to decipher one’s talents, especially when you’re not feeling especially self-confident or self-assured. You need that backup knowledge that can jump start your social ease.

Maybe your social skill is that you’re an amazing listener, which is probably the best social attribute of them all. Most people like to talk about themselves and it can make you feel completely at ease and engaged if all you have to do is sit back and listen.
One valuable talent is a great sense of humor. How many people through the ages had their lives spared because they were able to make others laugh? Another great trait to have is the ability to be an appreciative audience. People need other people to validate their wise words, funny jokes, and unique observations.
