Turning a negative into a positive.

It’s not always such a positive thing, but stereotyping is a quick and easy way to describe someone. For the most part, though, it can be considered pretty negative, especially when we use these stereotypes to degrade others (totally uncool, by the way).
That said, it is very rare that stereotypes can be considered positive and not just positive, but true, as well. Take your zodiac sign, for example.
If you are an Aquarius like me, you are probably in the weird, quirky stereotype where people just assume you don’t like them before you even have a chance to talk to them… okay, sometimes this is true. Sorry not sorry.
If you’re a Taurus, people might think all you ever do is eat and lay on the couch watching Netflix. They could be right, but no one has to say it out loud, right?
While your sign’s stereotypes aren’t always positive or aren't always true, believe it or not, they can actually shed some light onto your BEST qualities. So, while it might not be true that a Taurus is always eating, one of your biggest strengths might be that you can make an awesome homemade pizza (suck it, Dominos!).
More than lifting yourself and your friends up by highlighting each other’s best personality traits, it is also important not to let the stereotypical traits of each sign negatively color how you see people, especially in friendships and relationships.
You should ALWAYS embrace the good with the bad in life, and instead of letting negative labels make you feel bad about yourself, read below to see how your positive personality makes your sign that much more bad-ass. If that’s even possible.
ARIES (March 21 - April 19): The Strong One
You’ll never meet a stronger sign than an Aries. No, I don’t mean she’s physically strong, I mean she’s a tough-as-nails kind of girl who doesn’t take shit from anyone.
Aries is the one you go to when you’re having a hard time with boys, friends, or life in general, and you just need someone to tell you to shape up.
People always say Aires doesn’t have time for nonsense and that is totally true. I guarantee you will never see this sign wasting her time when she could be out partying or getting paid.

TAURUS (April 20 - May 20): The Attractive One
Inside and out, Taurus proves that she is the most attractive one of the signs. This attractiveness is usually accompanied by a distinctive trait, like a contagious laugh or a dazzling smile, which makes her stand out from everyone else.
That said, this beauty does NOT go unnoticed to a Taurus. In fact, it wouldn’t really be Taurus if she wasn’t aware of her attractiveness. This is probably why she is such a flirt; she knows people flock to her beauty so she embraces it.
Another amazing Taurus trait: she’s never conceited about her alluring features.

GEMINI (May 21 - June 20): The Intelligent One
Gemini’s communication skills are off the chart, which makes her that much more intelligent. Not only is she a serious smarty-pants, but she also knows how to work through all kinds of problems with friends and in relationships. If she can’t, she will most definitely ask for help.
Don’t think that a Gemini’s intelligence isn’t just good for helping solve a crossword puzzle or keeping up with the contestants on Jeopardy. You will never meet a Gemini who would rather just not talk about something touchy or not want to get to the bottom of a problem.
How does this make her so intelligent? She knows what it takes to be an adult and keep her relationships strong.

CANCER (June 21 - July 22): The Selfless One
If you were to look up the definition of “selfless” in the dictionary, you would see a picture of your favorite Cancer right next to it. Cancer isn’t selfless because she likes the way it makes her look to others, she does it because she genuinely enjoys helping the people she loves – think of it as her way of telling you she cares for you (aww).
When it comes to a Cancer, though, don’t ever mistake her selflessness for her being a pushover.
The second you start taking advantage of this sign, she is out of your life for GOOD. Cancer appreciates those who are able to return the favor when she’s in need because she knows good relationships are the ones who have equal amounts of give and take.
