Have you ever browsed through astrology books, hoping to find a little insight before your first date with a new guy? Don't lie; there's no shame in the horoscope game! We've all been there.
Meeting a new partner, or going on a blind date can be scary because we literally know nothing about this person. What if you say something offensive? What if he likes to jog around Central Park for two hours in the morning, and you recite a dissertation on the love you have for sleeping on your couch during the day in the pajamas your Grandma Mertle gave you?

Taurus (April 20 - May 20)
A bull is the symbol for a Taurus, and for good reason! They’ll be stubborn, but reliable. They're into touching, and can be sensual, which can be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on how you feel about your man.
The Taurus guy needs a confident companion who likes activities that involve using hands, like gardening, or even cooking. If he wants to make you dinner instead of taking you out, DO IT! He'll appreciate stability, so try not to change things up on him often.

Gemini (May 21 - June 20)

Though he may be shy at first around your friends, and family, once he gets to know them, he will get attached and make it a point to do what he can to help anyone, and everyone around him. That could cause an issue if it's interfering with your relationship, so always be honest if you feel he's being taken advantage of, and make sure YOU'RE not the one doing it!

Leo (July 23 - August 22)
It's going to be had to resist a Leo's charm; not only is he going to be the leader, but he will always take the initiative when it comes to any complications that may arise. While he's creative, and passionate, he could also be full of himself. It'll be up to you to let the air out every now and then.
Leo's tend to like expensive things, so you can expect to be gallivanting around fancy restaurants, or places to keep your strong lion happy. If you have a lot of friends, and tend to ignore the guy your with for your sister soul mates, he may get upset; they like attention. But like a puppy, they can be trained. You don't have to give up your girl time, but definitely make some time for your Leo.
Virgo (August 23 - September 22)
The Virgo man may be shy at first, but no worries, he is most definitely paying attention to what you’re saying. This loyal man may enjoy nature themed activities, or even a quiet night in snuggling up on the couch with his favorite book.
He's going to be someone who is very detail oriented and methodical, so if you can handle that, go for it! Virgo's can be sensitive and down on themselves, so he'll need you to pick him up on occasion. He will be hardworking, though, so if you're looking for someone who is willing to work his ass of, a Virgo is your guy.

Libra (September 23 - October 22)
Libras like peace and harmony, so don't expect many disagreements. Libras avoid confrontation at all costs, so make sure to keep the lines of communication open or you may accidentally misconstrue his laid back personality as a "Yes, I'm totally down for that!" when it's really "I'd rather just sit back and hang."
Because they're into being fair, quiet, and down to earth, any loud mouth friends you have could scare him. Being diplomatic is one of the biggest, most known traits for a Libra, so even if he says he's having fun with Marissa, your BFF from 3rd grade who likes to obnoxiously call out wait staff, he's probably not.

Scorpio (October 23 - November 21)
A Scorpio will play it calm and cool, but don't be fooled; much like the Taurus man, he can be stubborn and distrusting. That doesn't mean you need to stay away, it just means you need to have some patience and compliment his weaknesses with your strengths.
I hope you can take a joke because Scorpio's love to tease, and be playful, so don't take it personally, it's all part of being with this sign. If you're one to keep secrets, or withhold information, I'd try to free yourself of that burden, because these guys do NOT like secrets. It would be a shame to lose a great relationship over a minor omittance on your part.

The Sagittarius guy is going to be the life of the party, telling jokes, mingling, and just being generally outgoing. He might say things, or make promises just to get you to like him, and not be able to deliver on those promises, so be careful. Take everything he says with a grain of salt, but don't be overly suspicious; they tend to lean towards being impatient, and hate feeling closed in.
I'd let this relationship flow naturally, and be patient to see if there are any sparks.

Capricorn (December 22 - January 19)
Capricorn men are family oriented, and very practical. They can be a bit of a know-it-all so be confident around him, and let him know that's a no-go if it becomes too much of a problem.
Capricorns tend to hold grudges, so keep that in mind if you're in the middle of a spat and say something hurtful; it'll be hard to take that back. He will probably love music, so concerts and karaoke nights are in your future; get that disco ball ready and start showing him your dance moves or prepubescent vocals.
