Contour Your Cheeks With Cheese With This New PIZZA Highlighter

You'll look good enough to eat.

Just when you thought makeup couldn't get any more interesting, here's a new beauty product to add to your collection (if it ever becomes available). And if you're obsessed with both food and makeup, this could be the best thing that has ever happened to you.

Aside from this product, there's also this list of makeup products that look like food, like shower gel that looks like strawberry jam, body exfoliant that looks like chocolate, and sun block in a life-like mango bottle (please don't eat these).

Buzzfeed says that this is the year of the highlighter. From rainbow-tinted cheeks to contouring with the shiniest highlighter in existence, this is the year to experiment with ALL types of makeup, because why the heck not?

Makeup enthusiast Gina Kay discovered one day that her press highlighter had broken. Like any passionate fan of beauty products, she lamented the loss and then came up with a genius idea that resulted in a genius invention: pizza highlighter.

In an Instagram post, Kay talked about the broken highlighter, which she "decided to mix it with loose shimmer eyeshadows and rubbing alcohol to create a pepperoni pizza highlighter."

It looks good enough to eat, and Buzzfeed describes the effect as giving off "a soft, golden highlight just like a beautiful-ass pizza crust."

With 6,857 likes and 825 comments, netizens showed interest in buying the product. But according to Mic, there's no news yet of Kay releasing a line of these. But if she ever does, it's sure to be an instant hit.

In the meantime, you can probably try to re-create it yourself. All you need is your favorite highlighter, some eyeshadow and rubbing alcohol.

Before you use this delicious-looking product, make sure you know how to contour and highlight your face first. And make sure that the highlighter matches your skin tone. Go ahead and try it yourself!
