SPOILER ALERT! Kaitlyn (MAYBE) Reveals Winner of 'The Bachelorette'

Kaitlyn Bristowe

Seriously, you need to see this pic to believe it.

The Bachelorette star Kaitlyn Bristowe may have totally ruined the show for fans who think reality TV is real. SPOILERS AHEAD! Seriously, stop reading here unless you want this season of The Bachelorette potentially ruined.

So how did this season's prize eff up? Bristowe posted a Snapchat on Friday night (June 12) of herself in bed ... with this season's frontrunner for the final rose, Shawn Booth.

For some reason, Bristowe, 29, seems to not quite understand the permanence of the Internet: Even if you post a Snapchat and delete it, screenshots are forever, much unlike most Bachelor and Bachelorette relationships.

This is huge news for fans of the show, as well as the producers and ABC, because though filming for this season wrapped, in terms of airtime, the show is only four weeks in and the Final Rose ceremony isn't even going to air until July. Contestants on shows like The Bachelor and The Bachelorette are contractually obligated to keep mum about their relationship status until after the finale and reunion shows and are prohibited from posting anything about their relationship status or being seen together.

Of course, this could be a giant red herring. Professional reality TV spoiler Reality Steve reports that Bristowe actually leaves the season single, writing, "Just know that Kaitlyn chose neither Shawn or Nick and she is a single woman. She's also not still dating them. She rejected both and left the show as a single woman, choosing not to continue on with either of them. That's going to lead to a ton of questions and speculation over the next two months, so let it begin. I absolutely am aware that people will doubt this, and all I can say is, you don't know what I know. It's as simple as that."

With that said, maybe Bristowe isn't as dim a bulb as she seems and is just trying to throw fans for a loop. Since ABC had no comment on the Snapchat scandal, we may not really know until July. Reality TV usually isn't real, but it's also usually not this sloppy ... nor sneaky.
