Watch Your Fave Celebs Lock Lips In An Epic Kiss

Let it be known that I will never underestimate the power of a kiss ever again. On Wednesday, the New York Times released a series of short films under the title "9 Kisses". Directed by Elaine Constantine as a promo for the New York Times' Greatist Performers issue, this creative venture celebrates this year's hottest actors and actresses by pairing them off in short (but incredibly close) encounters.

Benedict Cumberbatch and Reese Witherspoon fans, you may want to sit down for this. One of the most compelling aspects of this collection is the level of intimacy shared between the actors (who were paired at random). Call me crazy but I only wish that I could bottle just an ounce of that chemistry; can you imagine having those same intense sparks with a total stranger?

Seriously, if you want to learn how to kiss like a pro, you should try taking notes from the brilliant Miles Teller and Gugu Mbatha-Raw or the ridiculously talented Rosario Dawson and Jenny Slate (both of whose mini-films are arguably the sweetest). After you watch this intricate video, head over here for some breathtaking shots from the project (and get insight on the backstory behind each film).
