The royal couple visited the Strathearn Distillery in Scotland, where the Duchess of Cambridge indulged and imbibed ... but only a little bit!
Duchess Catherine tasted some fancy heather and rose-flavored gin mixed with tonic, although she was hesitant about it. "I shouldn't really try the gin because of the whiskey I had at Glenturret," she told distillery founder David Lang (via PEOPLE). But she did, and Lang added, "She said it was absolutely delicious."
Prince William, meanwhile, was much more game to try booze, telling the staff, "I'll give anything a go, [but] I will probably regret it later!" Wills reportedly tasted some famous Grouse whiskey -- 68.9 proof!
That was a bit much for Kate, who stuck with "girlie" whiskeys -- two weaker blends called The Snow Grouse and The Naked Grouse, both approximately 40 proof, which she enjoyed. Guess she's definitely not preggers after all!
