Is anything scripted on 'The Bachelorette'? Who really picks the dates? Des Hartsock answers all!

Last night we poured ourselves a glass of wine, logged into our Facebook page, and chatted all things Bachelorette with former queen of the roses, Desiree Hartsock.

Here, Chris Siegfried's fiancee talks their big day, fan favorite Renee Oteri's recent walk down the aisle (babies coming soon?), and her past connection to one of Andi Dorfman's guys. "I actually use to work with [spoiler!] at my first job ever in Colorado," she tells a fan. "A decade ago but nice to see him on there."

Keep reading to find out who Desiree is referring to, and so much more!

How has your own wedding planning been going? What's been the hardest part of planning thus far?
Desiree Hartsock: For us the only thing is the date! lol. But there's more to it and we are figuring it out. Since I work in the wedding industry the smaller details have been easy to plan out.

Are you designing your own dress? Will Renee be a bridesmaid? Any other familiar faces on the guest list?
Desiree Hartsock:
I'm designing my wedding dress with Maggie Sottero along with a collection of wedding gowns and there will definitely be some Bachelor friends at my wedding. It becomes a [tight-knit] family.

Fess up: Would Chris Harrison make the best Bachelor ever??
Desiree Hartsock:
YES!!! I think he would be great.

Did you talk to Andi during the filming of the show??
Desiree Hartsock:
I spoke to her briefly before she filmed but not during.

Andi talked to us about her past boyfriends; did any of your suitors remind you of an ex in a bad way?
Desiree Hartsock:
Actually not at all. I asked for men that were completely opposite of my previous boyfriends (haha) so I would say they did a good job on that.

Haha, I love that you asked for that! Smart girl!
Desiree Hartsock:
haha. I learned my lesson after the pattern continued.

The friendships formed on and around this show seem really deep. You were actually at Renee Oteri's wedding. When/where did you guys first meet?
Desiree Hartsock:
It's true. Deep friendships are made because of all the time we have with each other in the house. I met Renee when she first moved to Seattle. We had a coffee date and have been friends and travel buddies ever since. She is such a sweetheart so it's nice to have her nearby.

She was so sweet and maternal on the show–do you think more kids are in her future?
Desiree Hartsock:
Yes! I think she wants more and she is such a great mom to Ben so I can see her with a few more. Their babies will be adorable!

Are any of the convos in the show scripted??
Desiree Hartsock:
Nope! Only topics are suggested but nothing is scripted.

How is your experience watching the show now after having been on it?
Desiree Hartsock:
It's so much easier to watch someone else rather than yourself so I'm loving it! And I think Andi is doing great as The Bachelorette.

Do you have a favorite guy for Andi yet?
Desiree Hartsock:
It's hard to tell from the first night but she has some serious chemistry with Josh M. and I think Marcus is a hunk for her.

What do you think would be the perfect date for Andi's personality?
Desiree Hartsock:
Perfect date... hmmm. I imagine her at a sporting event of some kind because she has such a charismatic personality that her date would be able to see in that setting and love her for it.

Be honest: Was it really hard remembering all the guys' names the first couple of days?
Desiree Hartsock:
Haha! Actually after you go over them so much on camera you start to visualize the name with the person. I would say it took a few days to get them all right.

Did you call any of the guys the wrong name?
Desiree Hartsock:
I didn't actually. Thank goodness! That would be so embarrassing too if it was on a one-on-one. Lol KEEP READING!
