This article contains spoilers from A Song of Ice and Fire series. So quit reading if you don't want to know, and please remember the show may be differ from the book, so what you read below may not reflect everything that happens on your screen.
Last episode Dany made the speech of all speeches to the slaves of Meereen, basically telling everyone they will be free and she will murder everyone in her way. Daario Maharis swiftly murdered the champion for the city and let's not forget the glorious moment when he peed to mark his victory because, it's Game of Thrones and penises are really important (unless you're Theon Greyjoy).
So what happens across the Narrow Sea this season? Two important things go down in Meereen in the book series. First, the sexual tension between Daario and Daenerys is finally going to pay off because they start having an affair. We would have preferred if Emilia Clarke and Ed Skrein got an on-screen make out, but we will take what we can get. After all, girl deserves to get some after she lost her sun and stars, Khal Drogo (R.I.P.).
The second book spoiler is that Jorah is exiled when Dany learns that he was feeding information about her to Robert Baratheon. Even though he hasn't done that since season 1, Daenerys doesn't take it lightly and boots him from her army. We're kind of bummed about this because he was loyal to her, even if she did friend-zone him pretty hard.
Dany ends up naming herself the Queen of Meereen, but it won't be as easy. Many people will oppose her ideas of freedom this season. This Sunday on Season 4 Episode 4, "Oathbreaker," Dany balances justice and mercy. Jaime tasks Brienne with his honor. Jon secures volunteers while Bran, Jojen, Meera, and Hodor stumble on shelter.
Are you excited to see Dany and Daario's steamy hookup?
