Naya Rivera and Big Sean are over.
The Glee star and rapper announced last night that their wedding and engagement are off, shocking the world since the couple were very public with their affection, going so far as to discuss it in their music and brag about their sex lives in magazine interviews. (Classy! Seriously, don't your parents Google you?)
"After careful thought and much consideration, Sean has made the difficult decision to call the wedding off," Sean's rep told Us Weekly. "The recent rumors and accusations reported by so called or fake sources are simply untrue. Sean wishes Naya nothing but the best and it is still his hope that they can continue to work through their issues privately. We will not be commenting again on this matter."
So what actually happened? Sources seem to be split on details of what led to the bust up, which is said to have gone down a few weeks ago but only just came to light this week.
Some say that the relationship simply moved way too fast for Sean's liking. However, there are also rumors that Sean had a wandering eye while he was on tour and that he cheated on Rivera left and right -- and Rivera even accused Sean of stealing a Rolex from her over Twitter before promptly deleting the post.
Still, if adultery was the case, Rivera probably shouldn't be too surprised. Per her own flop single "Sorry," Rivera sounded very smug about stealing Sean from under the noses of a few other girls he had been in relationships with, even going so far as to rattle them off by name:
Cheating is never right, of course. But Rivera may just be learning the hard way that if they'll cheat with you, they'll cheat on you. Sounds like they're both pretty sorry now.
