Fresh off the heels of his five-year incarceration for federal racketeering, Apollo Nida is ready to spend some quality time in the Big House again. Nida, star on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, and husband to Phaedra Parks, is charged with bank fraud and identity theft.
Nida reportedly surrendered to federal officials on January 23, but was quickly released on a $25,000 bail. The reality TV star has been accused of creating fake companies with access to clients' personal account information, and opening fraudulent bank accounts in which to deposit the stolen funds. Nida is due in court February 12.
