When a devastating 7.9 magnitude earthquake hit the Sichuan province of China back in the spring of 2008, 70,000 people were killed and thousands more were left injured.
But there's a sweet love story to come out of the catastrophe that we couldn't help but share. Dogs were hurt alongside humans and it's how two dogs named Lanlan and Guaiguai came to meet. Guaiguai's owner, a local vet, brought him to the Home of Love where Lanlan was living. The Home of Love (could there possibly be a more fitting name?) is a veterinary hospital and rescue center in the Sichuan province.
That's when their human caretakers decided to stage a ceremony you have to see to believe.
