DOMA: Celebrities Show Support For Gay Marriage Over Twitter
From Ricky Martin to Barack Obama, celebs took to Twitter to show their love for marriage equality.

If you've been online at all in the past 24 hours, you'll know we've witnessed a huge win for the LGBTQ rights movement.

The Supreme Court struck down Prop 8 this week, which banned same-sex marriage in California as well as the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA), declaring under federal law that same-sex couples who are legally married deserve the equal rights that go to straight married couples.

When the news broke, social media boomed. And among those who joined the conversation were A-listers from openly gay singer Ricky Martin to President Barack Obama, who were all too happy to express their support for gay couples everywhere. Just take a look at some of the tweets rounded up below!
