"After the fifth session, I was feeling very empowered and positive about the future, having dealt with the guilt and frustrations of my relationship, overcoming the guilt I felt around problems within my family and feeling confident about my ability to do my new job.

The whole process forced me to look at myself and take responsibility for my own actions and behaviours rather than blaming everyone and everything else for the situation I was in. As a result of that I feel that I can deal with pretty much anything and will definitely use some of the tools and tips Marina provided to help me with all areas of my life.
