Juice diets aren't the healthiest, but they can work.
Juice diets *do* work. Hopefully you'll never have to resort to this, especially if you're eating healthy and exercising consistently, but if you’re trying to slim down before a big event, the juice diets genuinely do work. However, before going on a 10 to 14 day fast with just liquids, I suggest eating one lean salad a day with protein in place of one of your juices. You’ll lose less weight than those who follow it exactly but that five or so pounds will be gone (and more likely to stay off).
