Former Nickelodeon star (and Britney's little sis) Jamie Lynn Spears, 21, shared a blingy post-engagement photo of her with her boyfriend of three years, Jaime Watson, 30. "Guesssss what??????" the 21-year-old tweeted, adding "#Hedidgood."
