'Downton Abbey' Spoiler Alert: Whose Death Will Break Your Heart?

It was bad enough to say goodbye to Lady Sybil halfway through Downton Abbey Season 3. But Jessica Brown Findlay was ready to leave the show, so the powers-that-be didn’t have much choice but to kill off her character. Unfortunately, that’s also the case with an even more prominent Downton character.
Just as we were moving on, we’ll lose one of our favorites in a bittersweet way during the Christmas special. On the bright side, we still have a few more episodes before then. It’s going to be heartbreaking, but at least it opens exciting doors for Season 4.
