Nicole Kidman Comes Clean About Plastic Surgery & Botox Rumors

A few years ago, Nicole Kidman told Marie Claire, "To be honest, I am completely natural. I have nothing in my face or anything. I wear sunscreen, and I don't smoke. I take care of myself. And I'm very proud to say that."
However, in a new interview with Italian newspaper La Repubblica, Kidman opened up about the new truth behind her pretty face. Reiterating that she still wears sunscreen, doesn't smoke and takes care of herself, this time Nicole admitted to a little unnatural boost as well.
