This singer is funny and cute and has a voice to swoon for, so it’s no surprise he caught the attention of a few famous beauties.

In a new interview with Details, he trickled information about being close to Katy Perry. "We're very good friends. We met before her first album was even released, and we hit it off because we're both goofballs."

Did he date her? "No, not really."

The interviewer called him out on that non-answer, joking, "It's simple: Did your tongue ever touch her tongue?" The singer laughed and answered, "I'm not commenting on that. We might have skated on the line of dating."

He did, however, comment on his love for ex-January Jones. "We dated for about two and a half years, and we were madly in love. It was definitely my longest relationship. I'd love to get into another serious relationship. I am a real romantic at heart."
