Healthy Strategies for Healing a Broken Heart
It doesn't have to be all tears and pints of ice cream.

It’s normal to spend some time grieving “what will never be” when a relationship ends. In fact, after a breakup the part of our brain that makes us feel kind of crazy and obsessed is highly active. But eventually our brain activity returns to normal and our behavior should too. Seek support if you’re still struggling for months after a breakup. Join a support group or seek therapy, don’t suffer alone telling everyone you’re fine if you’re not. Find healthy ways to recover from heartbreak and remember that the end of one thing is really just an opening for something else to begin.
