Spread The Love: Man Attempts 10,000 Hugs In One Day

Inspired by his friend who died of cancer, David Parsons is on a mission to do something sweet: give 10,000 hugs in one day.
Parsons is hoping to break the Guinness World Record for most hugs in one day in order to raise money for Grants Wishes, a nonprofit that helps kids battling cancer.

While he managed to give only 3,162 hugs yesterday in Los Angeles, he still was able to raise $2,062 — and is currently planning his second attempt.
"My number-one goal was always just to raise funds and awareness for Grants Wishes," Parsons told The Huffington Post.
