Kelly Osbourne is reportedly engaged to boyfriend of over a year Matthew Mosshart ... so, is it true?
The Fashion Police star, 28, and Mosshart, 29, are said to have gotten engaged a week weeks before Christmas and they've been keeping it a secret ever since. Osbourne and Mosshart met at Kate Moss' wedding in July 2011. They stepped out publicly together for the first time in December of 2011.
