For Jessica Simpson — who gave birth to Maxwell Drew on May 1, 2012, and is now pregnant with her second child — going back to work as a judge/mentor on NBC’s Fashion Star means missing some moments with baby Maxwell.

“On some of the days of Fashion Star, I’m awake before she is awake, and I’m not home until she’s already back to sleep,” Jessica told People. “That’s only happened about four times, but it makes the day awful. I definitely need to see my baby. I get really sad if I don’t get to see her. And then when Maxwell sees me, she just stares at me and touches my face. I can tell she missed me. That breaks my heart."

At least she seems to have a good co-parent at her side in fiancé Eric Johnson, a former NFL player. So, what makes him oh-so-sexy?
