Kate Winslet is married for a third time, and you won't believe who gave her away!

It's official! Kate Winslet's heart has gone on ... to a third husband.

Reps for various sites confirmed that the actress tied the knot earlier this month with her boyfriend of over a year, Ned RocknRoll — and somehow the pair managed to keep their nuptials a secret until now. The wedding took place in New York with "very few friends and family" in attendance.

Though Winslet's two children were there, the couple's parents were not; in fact, their parents didn't even know of the nuptials. When asked about the wedding, RocknRoll's uncle, Virgin Group founder Richard Branson, said, "It’s not something I know of — but nothing would surprise me with those two."

Of the few friends in attendance, one very special buddy gave the bride away in lieu of her father. According to The Sun, Winslet's Titanic costar, the inimitable Leo DiCaprio (a.k.a. Jack Dawson), did the honors." Kate and Ned got married in a really romantic and private ceremony," a source told the newspaper. "They had been planning it for a while. They are both so happy and very much in love. Kate is very private and didn’t want anyone to know. She asked if Leo would give her away because they are best friends."

RocknRoll and Winslet met in the summer of 2011 in a film-worthy scenario. Both were guests at Branson's property in the Caribbean when a fire forced all occupants to evacuate. RocknRoll accompanied Winslet and her children back home...and the rest was history.

From 1998 to 2001, Winslet was married to and had a daughter with Jim Threapleton; then from 2003 to 2010, was married to Revolutionary Road director Sam Mendes, with whom she had a son.

RocknRoll was previously married to socialite Eliza Cowdray.
