National Coming Out Day: 5 Most Relatable Gay TV Couples

In honor of National Coming Out Day, we're honoring our favorite adorable gay couples on TV!

4. Partners' Louis and Wyatt

Another new show this fall is Partners. Louis, played by Michael Urie, plays a hilarious gay man who has lived and worked with his straight best friend Joe his whole life. Louis' boyfriend Wyatt (Brandon Routh) is a nurse who is timid but still sarcastic and funny. The couple constantly hang around Joe and his new fiancé Ali (One Tree Hill's Sophia Bush), and the four have an everlasting bond. We're not sure what rollercoaster the show is going to go on, but we do know that Wyatt's quiet yet fun sense of  humor and love for boyfriend Louis despite his outspoken personality is absolutely adorable.

5. Glee's Kurt and Blaine

Who can forget the episode of Glee "The First Time" which approached having sex for the first time for many couples on the show, including Blaine (Darren Criss) and Kurt (Chris Colfer)? The episode broke barriers on television! We've always loved Kurt and Blain for their adorable duets, amazing fashion sense together and loving bond. But we also love them for approaching real issues— jealousy, sex, long-distance struggles. When they arrive at 'the first time' on Glee, it becomes a lesson not just for the gay community but for everyone in how to respect a partner, respect the first time, and what love really is about! They may have recently gone through some cheating issues, as many couples do, but we've got a feeling they'll overcome this battle soon.
