Heiress, Paris Hilton apologizes for her crude comments about the gay community.
According to TMZ, Paris Hilton has released an apology for her outspoken comments about the gay community.
"Gay guys are the horniest people in the world," Hilton was secretly recorded saying earlier in the week by a cab driver in New York City. "They're disgusting. Most of them probably have AIDS. I would be so scared if I was a gay guy . . . you'll like die of AIDS."
So, obviously the socialite is under fire now for her ridiculous comments. The "star" has come out with a full-fledged apology, which she posted on the official website for the Gay And Lesbian Alliance Against Defemation (GLADD). A Very Paris Hilton Update
"I am so sorry and so upset that I caused pain to my gay friends, fans and their families with the comments heard this morning," she said. "I was having this private conversation with a friend of mine who is gay and our conversation was in no way towards the entire gay community. It is the last thing that I would ever want to do, and I cannot put into words how much I wish I could take back every word. Gay people are the strongest and most inspiring people I know ... Again, I am so sorry from the bottom of my heart and I feel absolutely horrible. I hope that everyone can accept my apology and know that it is not who I am or how I feel in any way."
As we all know, Paris Hilton can be described many ways but classy is not one of them. She's always been a party girl with no real apprehension for anyone besdies herself or her B.F.F at the moment. So, although this comment from her is absolutely horrifying, it's not all-together surprising. Character is what you say or do when no one is watching, and clearly Paris has shown her true colors.
