Love abounds on the set of Modern Family.
First, Sofia Vergara gets engaged, and now, another one of the cast members is ready to get married! This 36-year-old star just posted a video for his new foundation Tie the Knot. It seems pretty fitting, since on the video, he was joined by his significant other and they announced their engagement!
