Have you felt sad an anxious since your baby was born? It may not be what you think.

Have you been feeling depressed and anxious since giving birth? If you love your child, but sometimes cry for no reason at all, you aren't alone and most importantly, nothing is wrong with you.

In this video, international counselor and Yourtango Expert Sheryl Paul explains that becoming a mom is one of the most emotionally overwhelming experiences anyone can have. “What’s really happening is that you’re grieving your old life and your old identity as a non-mother”, Paul says. So, sadness and anxiety are not only normal, they're expected.
