The blonde bombshell has sworn off men until November, but why?

A few things come to mind when the name Pamela Anderson is heard, but none of them include celibacy.

However, according to People, the blonde bombshell has surprisingly announced: "I've sworn off men until November." Why the sudden change of heart?

Well, Ms. Anderson has been invited back to compete on season 15's all-star edition of Dancing with the Stars, and this time, she's not going down without a fight. Maria Menounos: A Perfect Score On & Off The Dance Floor

Pamela, 45, who was a contestant on Dancing with the Stars in 2010, was eliminated in the seventh week of the competition. This year, Pam's decided she's going to do things a little differently – not only is she staying celibate, but unlike most contestants, she's also not going to use social media. "Last time I didn't ask a lot of people to vote for me," she explains.

Instead, she's recruiting her two sons, Brandon Lee, 16, and Dylan Jagger Lee, 14, to help her out with the technical side of things. "They are technically savvy and I'm not," Anderson admits.

Between staying away from men and engaging fans via Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and other social media sources, we think Pam stands a pretty good chance of at least making it to the finals. But just in case, the star also vows to "rehearse a lot more and try to stay out of trouble because I'm a self-sabotager."

Here's to a season of celibacy and dancing the night away!
