Action star Sylvester Stallone's eldest son, Sage Moonblood Stallone, was found dead in his apartment in Los Angeles on Friday afternoon by his housekeeper, according to People.
The cause of the 36-year-old actor and film producer's death is mysteriously unknown, and though there have been suggestions of an overdose, heart attack or stroke, friends close to Sage tell People he was a clean-cut guy who didn't even drink. In fact, they say he was a "very talented kid" who had projects in the works for his film company, Grindhouse Releasing, and was about to marry his longtime girlfriend this weekend in Vegas, just hours after his death.

"(Sage) was full of life, a wonderful, loving person," his attorney George Braunstein tells the magazine. "The last time I talked to him a few days ago he was saying he was getting married, he had a lot of things he was working on and seemed very enthusiastic. There was no indication there was any problem." 8 Tips To Help Console A Grieving Friend
Sage's famous father Sylvester—who was very close with his son and worked alongside him in Rocky V and Daylight—is "devastated and grief-stricken over the sudden loss," a rep says. "His compassion and thoughts are with Sage's mother, Sasha (Czack, Stallone's ex-wife). Sage was a very talented and wonderful young man, his loss will be felt forever."
It will be weeks until the official toxicology report is out, says People. Until then, our thoughts are with the Stallone family.
