Zac Efron & Nicole Kidman's Raunchy Roles In "The Paperboy"

The Cannes Film Festival is seeing a lot of action, especially from the film The Paperboy, starring Zac Efron and Nicole Kidman.

According to People, the young and sexy Efron, 24, and Kidman, 44, are baring a lot of skin in the film, and some of their dignity, too. In one scene, Kidman's "oversexed Barbie" character has an orgasm while visiting a prisoner on death row and later, urinates on Efron after he's stung by a jellyfish! Kidman told reporters at Cannes that she'd been "looking as an actor for something raw and something dangerous." Well, she definitely found the role!

Efron agreed with Kidman about how The Paperboy stretched him as an actor. He told reporters: "As much as I love everything I've done, this is a new frontier for me. It's incredibly fulfilling. It's a dream. Hopefully, I can keep doing things like this."

And though he spends more than half of the movie in his little tighty whities, he admits in a certain kind of revelation that he didn't think the experience was supposed to be comfortable. "It's like life," he says. "This character is supposed to be learning the ways of the world, and that can be very uncomfortable. But it's also exciting."
