The Housewife had a lot of pent up aggression against the singer, but she's working on it!
It's true—hell hath NO fury like a housewife scorned... And this seems to be especially true for Brandi Glanville, former wife of actor Eddie Cibrian and star of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She had an axe to grind with LeAnn Rimes, who Eddie cheated with and is now married to, and she didn't try to hide it!
In an interview with Australia's NW HQ (via Us Weekly), Brandi talks all about the anger she had for LeAnn the first time she saw her—attending Brandi and Eddie's son's soccer game. Eddie Cibrian's Ex Lashes Out Against LeAnn Rimes
"I remember walking up ... and there she was with my baby in her lap," Brandi said. "My blood was boiling, and I thought I was going to kill her. I really thought I was going to physically hurt her."
Now that's pure rage for you.
Brandi has since cooled off, and she's aware that the emotions she was feeling may have been a bit much. These days, she admits she and LeAnn stay civil for the kids.
"That was the first time I saw her that way—she was sitting in my soccer chair, under my tent, she's got my kid on her lap and she's with my husband, and that was that little moment of total irrational fury," Brandi said. "We're never going to be best friends, but she's good to my kids, they love her and that's all I could ask for. If they didn't like her, I'd be in court right now, fighting. It's not about me—it's about them." Eddie Cibrian And Kids Shack Up With LeAnn Rimes
Well that sounds mature, we think. Brandi even told E! Online that she didn't really mean what she said. A clear indicator it was all emotional talk there.
And, it seems that LeAnn is also trying to do the mature thing by attending therapy sessions with her husband and Brandi to help improve communication according to San Francisco Chronicle's Blog, SFGate.
Now, how's that for grown up? We hope they stay that way ... for the kids, if nothing else.
