Jessica Simpson is in love again ... but this time it's with her baby daughter!
Just a week ago, The Fashion Star mentor, 31, gave birth to her first child, Maxwell Drew Johnson. Now, she has started gushing on Twitter about the joy of motherhood. She told her fans on Tuesday: "I am so in love with baby Maxwell. I want to cry every time I look at her. Motherhood is by far the best thing I've ever experienced." Maxwell—who weighed in at 9lbs., 13 oz when she was born on May 1—is Simpson's first child with her fiancé Eric Johnson.
And, it seems mom was instantly great at her new role, as she received so many compliments on how she handled her stay at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles during the birth.
A source tells Us Weekly: "Everyone is marveling at what a natural Jessica is. She was born to be a mom!"
