Most parents complain about the eating habits of their kids. Parents would always want their children to have a healthy diet. But their kids would prefer to have junk food instead. This has been seen all over the world and is often referred to as a universal problem. It has in fact become a major source of concern for parents.
If you want your kids to have healthy food, it will require a bit of effort on your part. Rather than running and chasing after your kids, you can be a bit creative in your problem solving. There are a lot of techniques which you can use to ensure that your kids? diet is healthy and nutritious.
There are some recipes available which you can use. These will help you prepare healthy meals that kids will love. Some examples of such recipes are mentioned below:

Salads
Instead of preparing the salads yourself, you should get your children to help. Prepare the vegetables and other ingredients before-hand and let your kids mix them all up. Try to add as many vegetables as you can to make it look more colorful and attractive for your children. You could even try a different type of salad every time to add more interest.

Pizza
If your kids love pizza, you could try to get a bit creative with it. Make a pizza with a mix of vegetables including the ones that your kids like best. Put in ingredients like mushrooms and olives to enhance the taste. Add all the regular sauces too along with the vegetables. If possible you could get your kids involved into the making process for added interest.

Carrot Soup
Because of its attractive orange color, carrot soup could be a good option to go for. It has a fresh and fruity flavor which usually appeals to kids. They may not like regular soups but carrot soup is definitely worth a try. It is both healthy and nutritious and would serve as a full meal for your kids.

Vegetable Rice
Taking plain boiled rice and adding a mix of colorful vegetables like carrots, green onions, sweet corn etc. will also be a good and healthy option. The white rice with the colorful vegetables will make it look attractive and appealing. Vegetable rice is considered to be one of the best solutions for the eating problems found in children.

Vegetable noodles
These are prepared in the same way as vegetable rice. The only difference is that you will have to use boiled noodles instead of boiled rice in preparing this meal. It is also possible that your kids might like these better than the rice. This is because of the eating preferences among children.
