Will he ever talk to me again

HI i went out with this guy once after 2 years of his asking me out i finally said yes. when we first went out he would text me everyday then he just stopped and when i asked him if we will ever go out again he said when he gets time. I dont know if i was bothering him to much so he blocked me on Facebook. so i asked him to unblock me, he said when he gets time its been 3 weeks and he still hasnt. he works on cars and is getting his car ready for a carshowand he if i ask him can we talk he jsut says i will talk to you soon i just have so much going on. what do u think he means will he call me up soon like he said.
