To announce the happy news to her fans (and the rest of the world), Hillary, 25, posted a video to her band's official website. At first, the video shows the two newlyweds in casual attire. Then, once Hillary proudly shows off her wedding band, the video cuts to shots of them in their wedding formal wear (Vera Wang gown for her, and a gray Ermenegildo Zegna suit for him), in a field near a small pond. The water on the pond is mostly frozen, and Hillary's gown is strapless—so we're thinking she was a little chilly. In the video, Hillary exclaims to fans: "We got married! We just wanted you to hear it from us first. We love you. We're so excited to be starting our life together, and we just had to let you in on the excitement."
Tyrrell, 25, is the drummer for the country band Love and Theft, and he met his now-wife when both his band and hers toured as opening acts for Tim McGraw in 2010. The couple were engaged this summer over the 4th of July while vacationing at a lake in Tennessee.
Hats off to the newlyweds! Maybe once they have a few children, they can form a family band!
