"Brad thinks I'm going to be a nightmare," Angelina Jolie tells Vanity Fair in the October 2011 issue. She's not referring to the possibility of her being a Bridezilla though, so don't get your hopes up.
Yes, we've been hearing the rumors that Brad Pitt and Angie are finally planning to get hitched, but Jolie is quick to dismiss any heresay about an undercover wedding in her interview with the magazine. There's "no secret wedding," she tells contributing editor, Rich Cohen. "I'm not pregnant. I’m not adopting at the moment." Are Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt Planning An Indian Wedding?
She is, however, trying on two new careers for size: screenwriting and directing her first feature film, In the Land of Blood and Honey. These roles are what Brad thinks will turn her into a "nightmare" to work with when she goes back to taking orders from someone else. "I had such a good experience he thinks I'm going to be impatient with directors, which I already am," the highly bankable actress admits.
Regardless of his fears of her potentially pompous attitude, Pitt was very supportive of Angie's new ventures. "He'd come in and say what he liked or what he didn't understand," she says. "Like any woman, I would listen to most of it and fight a few things. He's been so supportive. But it's hard to separate the person that loves you from the critic, so I don't think he's a fair judge." Is Angelina Jolie A Kinky, Sex Toy-Loving Freak In Bed?
We can all relate to that, right? You ask your partner for advice, but then you take it with a grain of salt because, well, they love you and are probably saying what you want to hear (or you're thinking, "What do they know?"). Let's just hope for Angie's sake that Brad steered her in the right direction and In the Land of Blood and Honey is a smashing success. Then they can both focus on what's really important... like giving us the real wedding of the year (Kim Kardashian's doesn't count)!
