'Bridget Jones 3' Is Officially In The Works

Jolly good news! Working Title Films has confirmed that the everyone's favorite self-deprecating spinster will be making a triumphant return to the big screen in a third installment of the Bridget Jones films—except she's no longer a spinster, of course. The movie producers have not yet revealed any plot details from the movie — which they have been working on since 2009 — except that Renee Zellweger, Hugh Grant, and Colin Firth will all reprise their roles from the first two movies. Firth, who plays Bridget's love interest Mark Darcy, may have leaked a spoiler last year when he told Entertainment Weekly that "Bridget and Mark can't have children…So then she makes the huge mistake of going back to Daniel Cleaver Hugh Grant's character for long enough to get pregnant…and guess who comes back to rescue her?"
