Tea Leoni & David Duchovny Separate For The Second Time

Another Hollywood marriage goes bust, and, this time, it's not over a secret love child. (At least, as far as we know.) After 14 years of marriage, actors Tea Leoni and David Duchovny have separated again, reports People Magazine.

"In light of continuous speculation over the lives and marriage of Tea Leoni and David Duchovny, the couple has confirmed that they have in fact been separated for several months," their reps confirmed in a statement. "The couple had hoped to keep this separation private for the sake of their children."

Although details about the split are so-far scarce, we have to imagine that David's struggle with sex addition likely played a role in their breakup. (David reportedly had cheated on Tea for "years" before he sought help, reports the Daily Mail.) David Duchovny Checks Out Of Sex Rehab

The couple married in 1997, after having met during an appearance on The Tonight Show. After two kids together, they split in 2007, amid reports of David's philandering, as well as a rather odd rumor about Tea sexting with Billy Bob Thorton, a story she firmly denied.

David, however, did voluntarily check into rehab in 2008, and the couple reconciled shortly afterwards and renewed their vows in 2009. (They even supposedly got matching ring tattoos — never a good idea, kids!) Duchovny And Leoni Reunite, Get Ink

So is this the end of the couple's marriage? Or just another bump in Tea and David's relationship? Until divorce papers are filed (or the ring tattoos get lasered off), we probably won't know for sure.
