Mark-Paul Gosselaar Is Back On The Market

For any girl that's dreamed of being the next Kelly Kapowski to Zack Morris, now's your chance. Mark-Paul Gosselaar, the former star of Saved By The Bell, is single, now that his divorce from Lisa Ann Russell has been finalized, according to TMZ.

Gotta give it to Mark-Paul to be committed. He's been with Lisa Ann since 1993, seeing her since they met on Saved By The Bell: College Years. The pair married in 1996 and have two children, ages 7 and 5.

And it looks like it hit him kind of hard, too. In Touch Weekly reports that Mark-Paul took the break-up pretty hard, and wasn't looking too happy while promoting his new show Franklin & Bash, which he's co-starring in with Breckin Meyer.

Meanwhile, Lisa's been spotted out partying it up, while reports indicate that Mark-Paul's been home with their children.

We'll admit that it seemed a little strange to us, but Mark-Paul had been quoted as saying that his children made him more mature and put aside the party-hard lifestyle he claims he had during his teen stardom.

Well, while we're happy for Mark-Paul's new bachelor status, we're also feeling all warm and fuzzy that he's not taking this break-up lightly. But, we're hoping a new show will reenergize him... And that he remembers just how many of us are as in love with him now as we've ever been during his Saved By The Bell days... Sigh.
