Charlie Sheen Not Winning At Custody Battle

When Charlie Sheen found out his ex and mother of the couple's twin sons Bob and Max, Brooke Mueller had missed a drug test last Friday, he headed to court in an attempt to win custody of his kids. And we all know how much Sheen loves winning lately. Duh.

Mueller's drug tests are a court-mandated part of the couple's custody agreement, and now rumors are swirling that Mueller has fallen off the sobriety-wagon and refused the drug testing because she's using again. Charlie Sheen Heads To Court For Custody Of His Twins

Not helping her case is a surveillance video taken at a pawn shop in a sleazy, drug-heavy neighborhood in Los Angeles. In the video released by TMZ, Mueller tries unsuccessfully to pawn an expensive men's watch and a stereo, allegedly to earn some quick cash to buy drugs. Bad mommy.

But Sheen hasn't exactly been the picture of perfection lately either, which may be part of the reason his custody plea was denied by a judge Tuesday morning. The once star of Two and a Half Men is currently in the midst of his 20-city Violent Torpedo of Truth tour. How's the show? Well, Sheen was booed in Detroit on the opening night. We're not sure if the judge has had a chance to catch one of Sheen's live shows, but we're guessing Sheen's very public and very shameless self-destruction over the past couple of months helped the judge make his decision to leave Mueller in charge of the kids.

Win or lose, Sheen arrived to the court hearing in style in a Rolls Royce and with one of his goddesses, Natalie Kenly, by his side. Mueller showed up with her mother, Moira Fiore. Mueller admitted in February to a relapse with drug use, and in court Tuesday Fiore informed the judge that she and her sister have been taking care of the twin boys while Mueller works on her recovery. Charlie Sheen: The Bizarre Relationship Timeline Of His Love Life

All we can say is thank goodness for responsible grandparents, otherwise those kids might be hocking expensive jewelry in unscrupulous pawn shops with their mother or jet-setting around the country with their father and his harem of goddesses. We're not sure which situation might be worse, but either way, those twin boys are certainly not winning in this family drama.
