After months of public and legal squabbling, Halle Berry and her ex Gabriel Aubry are finally ready to make amends, at least when it comes to their daughter, Nahla.

According to Celebitchy.com, Halle and Gabriel were in court yesterday to work out a custodial agreement for Nahla. Both Halle and her lawyers Neal Hersh and Judy Bogen and Gabriel's representation, Gary Fishbein and Kristina Royce, were able to talk with the judge privately.

Judge Mark Juhas gave Gabriel and his lawyers some hope and said, "We’re making huge progress. We need to stick with it."

The final roadblock to ending this drama?
