Miley Cyrus' Parents Call Off Their Divorce

Last week, Billy Ray Cyrus told the ladies of The View that he was calling off his plans to divorce wife of 17 years, Tish. And Tish has confirmed the reconciliation with this message on her Facebook page: "Big Thanks to all of our family, friends, and fans who have kept us in their thoughts and prayers. I feel so blessed to have so much support from all of you. The seemingly strong union between Miley Cyrus' mom and dad began to show cracks last year, culminating in an official split in October. As if being the parents of a teen superstar whose every move is scrutinized isn't stressful enough, rumor had it that the final nail in the Cyrus marriage's coffin was Tish's affair with Miley's new pal and duet partner, Bret Michaels. Both Tish and Bret denied the reports and, since both have found their way back to their longtime loves (Bret finally got engaged in December), perhaps the affair really was nothing but gossip. Things have been a little tense between Miley and Billy Ray, ever since he was interviewed for this month's issue of GQ. Among other things, Billy Ray claimed that Hannah Montana "destroyed his family" and worried aloud about the possibly dangerous path down which his daughter was headed. However, there's nothing like parents getting back together to make a kid happy and, according to a New York Daily News source, Miley is much "happier and more relaxed" these days.
